	OZ TECH Maintenance Contracts cover all parts and labor required to maintain unit (s)  according to manufacturers' specifications; excluding abuse
	Customer assumes responsibility for properly packaging equipment and shipping costs incurred to send unit (s) to the Laboratory for service
